Where do you want to see A Different Day in a year? "I see us on MTV."

What inspires you? "All different kinds of things: nature, people that I can relate to…high and low points in my life."

What do you contribute to the band? Stability and creativity

When did you know that you were meant to be a musician? "I first knew in high school, I put it away for awhile, then in January of 2002, I rediscovered my path."

What are you really thinking about when you are on stage performing? "Definitely not ‘Am I going to fuck up?’ I try to maintain the calmness and confidence a professional drummer needs."

What is your favorite aspect of being a member of A Different Day? "The privilege of working with such fine and exceptional musicians."

Best on-stage experience? "A high-school performance at Boettcher Hall."

Worst on-stage experience? "In 6th grade, I tried to play ‘Old McDonald’ on guitar, I choked and everyone laughed."

Favorite location to have a gig? Boettcher Hall

What is something about you that not too many people know? "That my corporate artwork has been published, or that I failed a college music audition, twice."
What is up with the hair? I like it to be bulletproof and sharp enough to poke someone.

What are your personal goals? 1. To be a published screenwriter 2. To be a famous artist 3. To direct a movie.

What are your goals for A Different Day? "To win a Grammy, to be inducted into the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame, to be on MTV and to have a platinum record."

What is your ideal amount of people to have watch a show? "10,000-50,000."

Where would you say lies your musical origin? "I come from a family of musicians."

What is your greatest accomplishment? "My 8 ½ minute long symphony."
